QuestionReady lets you provide presentation settings and authorized PDF, PPTX, or DOCX files to receive AI-generated practice questions and suggested reference answers. Features, supported formats, free limits, and plan benefits are shown in the product and may change with reasonable notice.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us of unauthorized use. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or use automated means to create accounts. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Your materials
You retain your rights in uploaded materials. You confirm that you have authority to upload and process them. You grant QuestionReady a limited, non-exclusive permission to process the material only as needed to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the service. Do not upload state secrets, unlawful material, confidential information you may not disclose, or personal information you lack authority to process.
AI-generated content
Questions and suggested answers may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for the actual setting. They are practice assistance, not fact-checking or legal, medical, financial, academic, or other professional advice. Verify figures, quotations, names, research conclusions, and commitments before presenting. You remain responsible for your final presentation and answers.
Subscriptions, passes, usage limits, cancellation, and refunds
Stripe processes QuestionReady Pro web subscriptions and fixed-term Pro passes. Each 30-day Pro period includes 20 successful generation rounds with up to 20 questions per round. The allowance may be used at any time during the period, does not roll over, and failed generations do not count. One generation may run per account at a time, subject to a reasonable hourly anti-abuse limit. A current paid period purchased under the previous unlimited description keeps that entitlement until the period ends. Subscriptions renew monthly at the price displayed during checkout until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the paid billing period. A Pro pass is a one-time purchase, remains active for the period displayed at checkout, and does not renew automatically. Except where required by law, or in cases of duplicate charges or confirmed billing error, completed payments are non-refundable. Contact support@questionready.com promptly about billing problems.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, discriminatory, or deceptive activity; to violate academic or professional integrity; to attack, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security or billing limits, interfere with other users, or resell the service without written permission.
Availability and termination
The service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, regulatory requirements, force majeure, or third-party outages. We may limit or terminate access for material violations, security risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service and delete your account. Account deletion first attempts to cancel a linked web subscription and then removes data controlled by QuestionReady subject to legal retention.
Intellectual property and feedback
QuestionReady’s software, design, brand, and non-user content belong to the operator or licensors. Rights in AI output may vary by jurisdiction and provider terms. If you send product feedback, you allow us to use it without an obligation to compensate you, while we will not claim ownership of your confidential presentation material.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without warranties that every question or answer will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. QuestionReady is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Michigan law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and any court jurisdiction that cannot be waived, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts serving Washtenaw County, Michigan. Before filing a claim, please contact support@questionready.com so we can try to resolve it.
Changes
We may update these terms for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel and will apply prospectively as required by law. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance where permitted.
